Dennis Conder

Of Counsel

Dennis Conder has more than thirty-six years of courtroom trial experience.  He has primarily handled cases throughout the state of Texas involving claims of negligence, personal injury, property damage, bad faith, transportation accidents, and defective products. A seasoned trial lawyer, he is admitted in all Texas State and Appellate Courts, all of the Federal District Courts in Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Dennis has taken his vast experience as a trial lawyer and is now utilizing his skills to assist attorneys and litigants in resolving their disputes through mediation.  He is a certified mediator as provided for in the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.   www.condermediation.com

Dennis earned his law degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
